Job Description
Your new company The client is a leading utility and infrastructure provider in Singapore.
Currently seeking for a Executive Assistant (1 Year) Location: Central Duration: 1 year Working Days: 5 days Salary : Negotiable based on relevant experience Your new role Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, agreements, and procurement documentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and clarify procurement and service requirements. Manage the issuance and administration of Work Orders (WO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and Purchase Orders (PO). Monitor contract renewals, compliance requirements, and key contractual milestones.
Maintain accurate contract, procurement, and vendor records for audit and compliance purposes. Support vendor onboarding, qualification, and ongoing relationship management. Track purchase order status, approvals, fulfillment, invoicing, and payment processes.
Coordinate contract renewals, quotation requests, service acceptance, and completion documentation. Prepare reports, budget tracking updates, and procurement-related management reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of procurement and operational activities.
What you'll need to succeed Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract administration, procurement support, or administrative operations.
Experience handling Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Shopping Carts, and vendor-related processes. Familiarity with contract lifecycle management and procurement procedures.
