Job Description

Job Duck is seeking a bilingual legal professional to support a fast-paced litigation team with legal drafting, court-related correspondence, case documentation, and day-to-day litigation support.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities with accuracy and ownership.

The selected candidate will assist with pleadings, motions, proposed orders, conferral emails, case setup, and communication with opposing counsel, judicial assistants, and court personnel. The position offers the opportunity to apply strong legal experience while learning established templates, workflows, and U. S.

litigation procedures through guidance and training. A candidate who communicates clearly, learns quickly, responds well to feedback, and thrives in a structured legal environment will be well positioned for success.

Compensation Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Use Clio, Dropbox, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and VoIP calling software to support case management, document organization, communication, and internal collaboration.

Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation Assist with additional litigation and legal administrative tasks as assigned. Communicate with opposing counsel regarding litigation-related matters Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
