Youre fluent in both frontend and backend development and excited by full-stack engineering. You think in terms of leverage: automating processes, making workflows smarter, and using AI to increase output and decision-making.

You are a self-starter who takes ownership, moves fast, and is excited to work in a fast-paced, high-agency environment. What Success Looks Like: In your first 90 days, you will: Build Scalable Systems : Develop modern full-stack applications, covering frontend, backend, databases, and infrastructure.

Integrate AI : Use Claude Code and other AI tools to drive faster development and smarter workflows. Prototype New Ideas : Experiment with new products and features, quickly prototyping
