As a Managed Services - Fund Accounting- Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outsourced solutions that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to execute key processes such as client interaction, data review, and quality control implementation. This role is client-facing, requiring you to resolve escalations and queries effectively. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will develop skills outside your comfort zone and encourage others to do the same, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' strengths to meet client expectations. You will analyze and identify system interactions, take ownership of projects, and address conflicts or issues, engaging in necessary conversations with stakeholders.
