Role Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Scientist with strong expertise in Predictive Analytics to drive advanced modeling initiatives and lead a team of data professionals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning , along with proficiency in time series forecasting and modern deep learning frameworks. Role : Lead Data Scientist Predictive Analytics Experience : 612 Years Location : Chennai (Work From Office) Notice period : 015 Days Key Responsibilities : - Predictive Analytics: Design and implement predictive models to solve complex business problems. - Supervised Learning: Build classification and regression models for structured and unstructured data. - Unsupervised Learning: Apply clustering and dimensionality reduction techniques for pattern discovery. - Reinforcement Learning: Develop RL-based solutions for optimization and decision-making tasks. - Time Series Analysis: Forecast demand, trends, and anomalies using advanced statistical and ML techniques. - Team Leadership: Mentor junior data scientists, set best practices, and ensure delivery excellence. - Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Skills & Qualifications : - Strong background in Data Science with 612 years of experience. - Expertise in Python , PyTorch , and TorchServe for model development and deployment. - Proven track record in predictive modeling , machine learning algorithms , and deep learning frameworks . - Solid understanding of ETL pipelines , data preprocessing , and feature engineering . - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
