We are hiring on behalf of our client, a global leader in HR technology, delivering an end-to-end SaaS platform that supports the entire recruitment lifecycle. As a Software Engineer (Java) , you'll join the engineering team responsible for building automation tools and scalable internal platforms that power one of the company's flagship AI solutions. You'll help transform manual processes into reliable, cloud-based systems that improve engineering efficiency, accelerate software delivery, and support customers around the globe. Key takeaways: Stack: Java, Spring Boot, Python/Bash, AWS/Azure/GCP, AI Coding Tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot) Contract: Employment Contract Working model: hybrid - 3x weekly from the office Location: Krakow Recruitment process: • A call with Motife recruiter (30 min) • Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (30 min) • Hiring Manager Interview (30 min) • Technical Interview (90 min) Responsibilities: • Architect and build software solutions that automate provisioning and configuration workflows. • Design scalable internal tools that help engineering teams deliver customer environments faster and more efficiently. • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure deployment infrastructure scales alongside a growing global customer base. • Identify manual and legacy processes, replacing them with reliable, well-engineered automation solutions. • Leverage AI coding assistants and LLM-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery—from prototyping to deployment. • Monitor system performance and continuously improve internal platforms to reduce time-to-market for new customer environments. • Partner with Technical Services and Product Management to align engineering initiatives with the broader product roadmap. Requirements: • 3+ years of professional software engineering experience. • Strong Java development skills with Spring Boot. • Experience with Python or Bash scripting. • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP . • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for automation and building scalable internal tools. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams. • Interest in AI-assisted software development and modern engineering practices. • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, containerized environments, or cloud-native architectures will be considered a strong advantage.
