Senior Business Analyst

Position : Senior Business Analyst (B2B, Figma) Overall/Total Experience : 4 - 8 years only Location : Mumbai Working Days : 5 Days from Office Notice Period Requirement : 30 Days (Maximum) Client's Company Size : Mid-Sized Figma Experience is mandatory for this role Key Responsibilities : - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and partners. - Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), User Documentation (UD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and related project artifacts. - Create process flow diagrams, workflow charts, use cases, and business process maps. - Collaborate with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external partners to ensure requirement clarity and successful project execution. - Work closely with UI/UX teams to prepare wireframes, screen flows, and user journeys using Figma. - Support project planning, tracking, status reporting, and PMO governance activities. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for requirement discussions, change requests, issue resolution, and project updates. - Participate in UAT activities and ensure delivered solutions align with business expectations. - Monitor project deliverables, timelines, risks, and dependencies. - Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with SDLC processes. Candidate Requirements : - Must have 4+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or Project Coordinator in application development projects with at least recent 2+ years in a B2B services/product company. - Must have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, stakeholder discussions, business analysis, and translating business requirements into functional specifications. - Must have strong experience preparing BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (Software Requirement Specification), FRD, Use Case Documents, User Documentation, and related project artifacts. - Must have hands-on experience creating process flow diagrams, workflow diagrams, business process maps, user journeys, and functional flow documentation. - Must have working experience with Figma for wireframing, screen flows, mockups, and requirement visualization. - Must have experience coordinating with business users, development teams, QA teams, and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Must have good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, UAT coordination, project tracking, and documentation management.
