XM Consultant - Qualtrics

XM Consultant Qualtrics Location : Mumbai Work Mode : Hybrid Experience : 5+ Years Were looking for an experienced XM Consultant / Implementation Consultant with strong expertise in Qualtrics Experience Management (XM) and client-facing technical implementations. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end Qualtrics XM implementations from requirements to completion. - Act as the primary client point of contact throughout implementation. - Gather and document functional & technical requirements. - Manage implementation timelines, budgets, risks and project documentation. - Solve complex technical implementation challenges independently and collaboratively. - Train clients on Qualtrics XM features and solutions. - Manage client issues and ensure timely resolution. - Work closely with internal project, technical and business teams. - Drive strong client relationships and successful adoption of the platform. Required Skills : - 5+ years of experience as an Implementation Consultant - Strong Qualtrics XM / Experience Management experience - Experience with SaaS / Cloud-based platforms - Strong data analytics and interpretation skills - Excellent client and stakeholder management - Experience working with international clients - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Decipher / Confirmit experience is an advantage - Qualtrics certification or deep hands-on experience is highly desirable Qualification : Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Masters degree preferred.
