The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused approach. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and databasesExplain project details, pricing, offers, and key highlights to prospective buyersQualify leads based on budget, timeline, and interest levelSchedule site visits/meetings for the sales teamMaintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRMConduct regular follow-ups to nurture warm and cold leadsHandle inbound enquiries professionally and convert them into appointmentsAchieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and booking targetsCoordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign feedbackProvide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships Qualifications Strong verbal communication (English, Hindi & Telugu preferred)Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approachBasic knowledge of real estate sales processGood follow-up and negotiation skillsAbility to handle objections and close conversations positivelyBasic computer skills (Excel/CRM tools/Google Sheets)Target-oriented mindsetAny GraduateExperience in Real Estate is an advantage
