Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Senior Accountant to support our accounting team with daily financial operations. This role is wellsuited for mid-level career professionals eager to gain handson experience and build a strong foundation in accounting within a dynamic and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: - Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate, uptodate financial records - Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements and general ledger accounts - Support both accounts payable and accounts receivable processes - Assist with monthend, quarterend, and yearend close procedures - Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation and filing systems - Support internal and external audit requests and related documentation gathering - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial reports - Ensure adherence to company policies, GAAP, and internal accounting standards Qualifications: Education : MBA (finance), CA Experience: A minimum of 5 - 10 year of accounting experience Preferred Qualifications: - Proficient in India Gaap-must, US Gaap-advantage - Experienced in India tax compliance - Fluent English-must - NetSuite experince-advantage - Proficient in Excel- must Soft Skills: - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Effective analytical and problemsolving skills - Good organizational and timemanagement abilities - Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the role - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a teamoriented environment Technology Stack: - Microsoft Excel - Accounting ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle (preferred) - General proficiency in standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) - Physical Requirements - Ability to work in a standard office environment - Ability to use a computer and sit for extended periods - Participate in virtual or inperson meetings as required
