– Civil Engineer (Site Coordination) Position: Civil Engineer – Site Coordination Location Pune, Maharashtra Experience 2–5 Years Qualification - B. E. /B. Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering .
Valid driving license preferred Job Summary V Vision7 Architects is seeking a proactive Civil Engineer to oversee site coordination and ensure smooth execution of projects.
The candidate will act as the link between the site team, consultants, contractors, and the office while ensuring quality, timelines, and compliance with approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients. Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications. Identify and resolve technical issues at the project site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of activities. Check the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards. Coordinate material requirements and manage site logistics.
Attend project review meetings and maintain necessary project documentation. Assist with project handover, final inspections, and completion activities.
Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and site execution. Ability to read architectural and structural drawings. Good communication and coordination skills. 1Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Problem-solving and time management abilities. Travel Requirement
• Travelling to project sites is mandatory. Salary 30k (Based on experience and interview performance)
