Job Description
We are seeking a Junior Presales Solution Architect – ServiceNow to support our sales and solutioning teams in designing and positioning ServiceNow-based solutions for our clients.
You will work closely with customers, sales teams and senior solution architects to understand business and technology requirements, translate them into relevant ServiceNow solutions, and support the development of compelling solution proposals.
This role provides an opportunity to build strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform while developing your presales, consulting and solution architecture capabilities.
The ideal candidate has a good understanding of ServiceNow, IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise IT operations , combined with strong communication skills and an interest in helping customers achieve business and operational transformation through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Support Senior Solution Architects in designing solutions aligned to customer business and technology requirements. Understand customer pain points and translate business requirements into appropriate capabilities and workflows.
Develop high-level solution concepts, architecture diagrams, process flows and solution proposals. Support solution design across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps and other relevant ServiceNow modules.
Identify opportunities to improve service management processes through workflow automation, platform capabilities and digital transformation. Develop an understanding of integration requirements between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications, platforms and systems.
Support sales teams in customer meetings, discovery sessions and solution discussions. Participate in requirements gathering and discovery workshops to understand customers' current environments, challenges and transformation objectives.
Assist in preparing and delivering ServiceNow demonstrations, presentations and solution walkthroughs. Translate technical concepts and ServiceNow capab
