Role : UI/UX Lead / Designer Role & Responsibilities : The UI/UX Lead / Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The role involves leading end-to-end design processes, creating scalable design systems, conducting user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Figma, mobile-first design, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted design workflows. Technical Skills & Expertise : 1. User Experience Strategy : - Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. - Drive UX strategy through user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions. - Develop user personas, customer journey maps, and interaction flows. - Ensure products meet business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences. 2. UI Design & Design Systems : - Create modern, visually compelling user interfaces using Figma. - Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable components, and design libraries. - Design responsive layouts following mobile-first principles. - Produce wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs. 3. Prototyping & Collaboration : - Build interactive prototypes for concept validation and stakeholder presentations. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA teams, and Business Stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. - Facilitate design workshops using FigJam and Miro. - Ensure smooth design-to-development handoff with complete design specifications. 4. Accessibility & Usability : - Design applications compliant with WCAG accessibility standards. - Conduct usability testing and continuously improve user experience based on feedback. - Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across all digital products. - Advocate user-centered design principles across the organization. 5. AI-Assisted Design & Innovation : - Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve design productivity and creativity. - Explore emerging trends in AI-assisted UX, design automation, and digital experiences. - Evaluate innovative design methodologies and implement best practices. - Drive continuous improvement in design workflows and processes. 6. Leadership & Mentoring : - Lead design initiatives across multiple projects. - Mentor junior UI/UX designers and conduct design reviews. - Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs. - Present design concepts and recommendations to leadership and clients. Mandatory Skills : - 4-9 years of experience in UI/UX Design. - Expert proficiency in Figma, including Design Systems, Component Libraries, Auto Layout, and Interactive Prototyping. - Strong experience designing Mobile-First and Progressive Web Applications (PWAs). - Hands-on experience with WCAG Accessibility standards. - Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing. - Experience using FigJam, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects, design thinking, and product design expertise. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have : - Experience with AI-assisted design tools and Generative AI workflows. - Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and frontend development principles. - Experience designing enterprise SaaS, FinTech, Healthcare, or AI-driven applications. - Familiarity with Motion Design and Micro-interactions. - Experience working in Agile product development environments. - Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field.
