Lead UX Designer - Adobe Creative Suite

Responsibilities: - Lead the User Experience design process from conception to implementation. - Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather user insights. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and project requirements. - Create user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. - Map out the customer journey and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement. - Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics. Requirements: - Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on leading experience design projects. - Strong portfolio showcasing work in user research, wireframing, prototyping, etc. - Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc. - Familiarity with user testing methodologies and tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
