Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary: You will be responsible for maintaining sufficient supply to meet demands, sourcing the products, managing suppliers, coordinating the movement of goods, and monitoring inventory, to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations throughout the supply chain.

This role requires strong coordination skills, hands-on problem-solving, and the ability to work cross-functionally to ensure smooth flow from purchasing to delivery.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the entire supply chain process to ensure alignment with the demand plan to meet customers’ needs. Maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize storage costs by monitoring stock levels to prevent shortages or over stock.

Perform procurement activities, including sourcing, requesting quotation, price comparison, and issuing purchase orders. Collaborate closely with external parties and internal teams to ensure seamless goods movement, timely order fulfilment and material readiness.

Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status and project updates. Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance cost efficiency, lead time, and supply reliability. Perform any other duties related to supply chain management as assigned.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.

Proactive, resourceful, and able to communicate effectively at all levels Strong analytical, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Working Hours

8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
