Job Overview : We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise CRM architecture and transformation initiatives across a global Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end architecture, integration strategy, governance, and AI-driven CRM innovation while partnering with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Define enterprise architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Design scalable CRM solutions, data models, security architecture, and platform governance frameworks. - Lead large-scale Salesforce transformation and modernization initiatives. - Architect enterprise integrations with MuleSoft, SAP, Power BI, Tableau, and other business systems. - Drive Salesforce AI and Agentforce adoption to improve business workflows and automation. - Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance activities. - Implement large data volume (LDV) strategies, API governance, and performance optimization. - Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align CRM solutions with strategic objectives. - Guide development teams on best practices, security standards, and architectural direction. Required Skills : - 914 years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Architect role. - Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, and Experience Cloud. - Strong knowledge of MuleSoft, REST APIs, Integration Architecture, and Enterprise Application Integration. - Experience delivering large-scale CRM transformation programs. - Strong understanding of Salesforce security, compliance, data governance, and platform scalability. - Salesforce CTA, Application Architect, or equivalent certifications preferred. Preferred Skills : - Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma, or MedTech domains. - Exposure to Agentforce, Einstein AI, Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), and Salesforce Well-Architected Framework. - Experience transitioning from SI-led to GCC/internal delivery models. - Knowledge of regulated industry compliance standards. Desired Candidate Profile : - Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills. - Proven experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. - Ability to lead architecture discussions and influence technology decisions. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
