Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Manager (Chemical, Polymer Procurement)
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: Mumbai
Role Overview: Experienced in procuring Polymers & Bulk Raw Materials in the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiation & Commercial Excellence
- Supplier Management & Development
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills (proven track record in bulk raw material deals).
- Knowledge of polymer markets, pricing drivers, and supply chain dynamics.
- Analytical capability: cost breakdown, should-costing, index linking.
- Supplier relationship management and cross-functional communication.
- Working knowledge of procurement processes, documentation, and ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial)
