5 days Order Management / Fulfillment Executive up to $5000

Order Management / Fulfillment Executive $4,000 – $5,000 Changi North Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:30pm Job Responsibilities Manage customer orders, quotations, pricing, delivery schedules and order changes. Check product pricing, lead times and MOQ requirements to ensure accurate quotations.

Prepare quotation information for new and engineering change projects. Create and update sales orders and customer Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP and relevant systems. Coordinate project kick-offs, NPI/FA activities and track project schedules.

Follow up with internal teams on production, finished goods and delivery status. Provide customers with updated delivery and committed dates. Support product phase-in/phase-out, sellback/buyback, repair and rework activities. Follow up on invoice issues and coordinate with Finance and relevant teams.

Ensure orders, documents and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Fulfillment or Sales Support. Experience in manufacturing, electronics or precision engineering is an advantage. SAP experience preferred. Good understanding of POs, sales orders, quotations and delivery schedules.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication, coordination and customer service skills. Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
