Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through customer acquisition and sales. Explain and sell TATA AIG insurance products to customers. Handle leads and convert them into successful sales. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products. Follow up with prospective customers through calls and meetings. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate customer and sales records. Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance, renewals and customer servicing.
Provide support to customers regarding policy-related queries. Tata AIG offers general insurance products including motor, health, travel, home and commercial insurance. Candidate RequirementsQualification: Any Graduate / 12th pass depending on the position.
Experience: 0–3 years in sales, insurance, BFSI, telecalling or customer-facing roles. Freshers with good communication and sales interest can also be considered. Good verbal and written communication skills. Customer-oriented attitude. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Comfortable working with sales targets.
Willingness to make customer calls and/or attend client meetings.
