Technical Program Manager Location: Bangalore, India / Remote Position Summary : As we march towards our high growth wave, we are looking for a Technical Program Manager to support our engineering teams in Bangalore, India. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about building scalable services, comfortable in a flat, fast moving organization, excited to innovate on existing solutions, and focused squarely on impacting the our product and business. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: - Drive planning, implementation & delivery of programs across teams and functional organizations, facilitating relationships across organizations to identify risks, manage dependencies and optimize resources - Work with Product and Engineering to coordinate, prioritize and deliver roadmaps - Understand inter-dependencies and lead cross-functional teams towards technical solutions - Drive internal process improvements across teams, remove roadblocks, and deliver on high-impact projects with a focus on efficiency, performance, and quality - Articulate program goals, desired outcomes, risks/issues and mitigation plan with senior leadership - Clarify, prioritize and drive project commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability Required Behaviors & Abilities: - 5 + years of technical program management/product operations experience - Minimum 2+ years experience & depth of understanding of developer experience and API platform products - 3 + years of experience delivering tech programs or products from inception to delivery - Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope - Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership - Communication experience and experience working with technical teams to develop systems, solutions, and products - Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience - Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems - Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones
