Sourcing Executive

Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage Product Quotation Requests (PQR) and RFQ processes across internal teams Review Bills of Materials (BOM), identify material requirements, and assign / engage appropriate suppliers for RFQs Consolidate supplier quotations and raw material pricing to support accurate and timely customer quotations Lead sourcing activities for raw materials to ensure cost competitiveness and supply continuity Perform supplier negotiation, price benchmarking, and cost optimisation initiatives Analyse costing, sourcing data, and operational requirements to support quotation and business decisions Collaborate with Sales and Product Engineering teams on BOM, costing, and RFQ-related matters Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities Maintain accurate pricing and sourcing data in systems (e.

SAP, Agile) Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sourcing and quotation efficiency Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support ad hoc sourcing, RFQ, and cross-functional projects as assigned Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field At least 2-3 years of experience in RFQ, sourcing, procurement, or costing-related roles Experience in manufacturing or EMS environment is preferred Familiarity with BOM review, RFQ processes, and costing will be an advantage Proficiency in SAP, Agile, or Google Workspace is a plus Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Well-organised with good time management skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
