Position : Primary English Teacher (PRT) Female only Board : ICSE (CISCE) Salary : 20000- 25000 (free accommodation) Location : Near Whitefield,Hoskote,Bengaluru Job Summary We are looking for a passionate, creative, and dedicated PRT English Teacher to teach students in Grades I to V under the ICSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong command of English grammar and literature, and the ability to create an engaging, child-friendly learning environment that promotes language proficiency and critical thinking. Key Responsibilities Teach English to primary grade students in accordance with the ICSE curriculum. Prepare engaging lesson plans, worksheets, and classroom activities. Develop students' reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, phonics, listening, and speaking skills. Foster creativity through storytelling, creative writing, poetry, dramatization, and interactive classroom activities. Conduct regular formative and summative assessments and maintain accurate academic records. Provide timely feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress. Create a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment. Integrate digital teaching tools and innovative teaching methodologies into daily lessons. Participate in school events, assemblies, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs. Collaborate with colleagues to support curriculum planning and student development. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in English (B.A./M.A. English). Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Experience Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a school preferred. Required Skills Strong knowledge of the ICSE English curriculum. Excellent classroom management skills. Child-centric and activity-based teaching approach. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Smart Boards, and digital learning platforms.
