Job Details Summary : The Principal, Analytics Transformation & AI Enablement serves as a strategic extension of the SVP, Head of Analytics, driving transformation, AI enablement, organizational effectiveness, and cross-functional execution across Cencora's Analytics organization.
Success requires exceptional influence, executive communication, and the ability to lead change across teams without direct authority Key Responsibilities: Act as a transformation catalyst for the Analytics organization, connecting strategy, innovation, people, process, and technology to accelerate business outcomes.
Drive the organization's AI and Agentification agenda by identifying, prioritizing, and scaling new ways of working that increase productivity, quality, and business impact.
Serve as a trusted advisor to Analytics leadership, helping shape organizational strategy, operating models, communications, and execution priorities. Build the connective tissue across a diverse analytics organization, ensuring teams operate as a unified enterprise capability rather than independent functional groups.
Translate vision into action by driving adoption of change at scale, establishing sustainable operating mechanisms, and ensuring strategic initiatives achieve measurable results. Guides analytics strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and investment priorities across data platforms, tooling, and products.
Coordinates delivery of high-impact initiatives from problem framing through productionization and lifecycle management. Communicates stakeholder alignment on tradeoffs, implications, and decisions to secure adoption across b
