Job description In this role, you will own cost estimates, cost benchmarking, and the preconstruction commercial activities of new data centre builds.
You will act as the point of contact between project team key stakeholders and the APAC Estimating teams as well as ensuring adequate support and budget for extended workforce project consultant estimators.
You will work closely with Engineering, Construction, Procurement, and partner teams, ensuring all cost data developed and managed meets the requirements specific to each project’s needs.
You will report directly to the EMEA/APAC Region Estimating Manager and work with the Strategic Estimating team to ensure alignment within Global Estimating.
Qualifications
Job responsibilities Own cost estimates/cost plans, cost benchmarking, communications and manage meetings and deliverables as the point of contact between the project teams and the estimating team as well as ensuring adequate support and budget for project consultant (extended workforce) estimators. Be responsible for the development, maintenance, and updates to all Data Center construction cost estimates
