Midweight Multidisciplinary Graphic Designer (2+ years experience) Would you relish working in a place where the whales come to play, and the dolphins come to stay? READ ME! We’re hiring a talented, multidisciplinary graphic designer to join our in-house team in the sunny Garden Route town of Mossel Bay. This is a full-time, on-site role — remote applications will not be considered. Email applications only (details below). About the Role This role is suited to a designer who is comfortable working across branding, digital, web, and print. You should be confident taking ownership of projects from concept through to final delivery, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities • Design high-quality visual assets for both digital and print • Develop brand identities, including logos and full CI systems (business cards, letterheads, email signatures, etc.) • Create logo and brand presentation decks • Design website wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma • Produce basic motion graphics and simple video edits in After Effects • Prepare artwork correctly for professional print production • Work on WordPress websites using builders such as Bricks, Elementor, and Divi • Manage multiple deadlines and deliver work efficiently to a high standard Requirements • Minimum 2+ years’ experience (agency experience advantageous) • Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design or similar • Strong portfolio demonstrating work across branding, print, and digital • Figma • Adobe InDesign • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe After Effects • Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and brand consistency • Working knowledge of WordPress and page builders (Bricks, Elementor, Divi) • Strong organisational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and take initiative Nice to Have • Basic video editing skills • Experience with prototyping and user flows • Understanding of digital campaign rollouts Who You Are • Detail-oriented and highly organised • A collaborative team player who communicates clearly • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines • Proactive, solutions-driven, and eager to grow What’s in It for You • A creative, collaborative studio environment • Opportunity to work across a wide range of brands and industries • A culture that values quality, ownership, and initiative • Ocean views, good coffee, and a genuinely inspiring setting Salary Based on experience.
