Job Description

The Company Our client is a NSW Government organisation focused on delivering efficient, high-quality services and supporting successful business initiatives across the state. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business-focused project team delivering a new invoice automation solution, with the project currently in the discovery and requirements phase. Working closely with SMEs, stakeholders and external suppliers, you’ll play a key role in improving business processes, supporting UAT and driving the project through to delivery. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Parramatta, with an immediate start until 11 December 2026. The Job In this versatile Business Project Manager role, will be mainly responsible for the following duties: • Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from SMEs and stakeholders. • Drive business process improvement and requirements documentation. • Coordinate UAT, testing and issue resolution. • Manage project risks, issues, actions and dependencies. • Maintain project governance, documentation and status reporting. • Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to ensure project milestones are achieved. You To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas: • Business Analyst, process improvement or junior Project Management experience. • Strong stakeholder and SME engagement skills. • Experience in requirements gathering and facilitating workshops. • Experience supporting UAT and business process improvement. • Strong organisation, communication and coordination skills. • Ability to manage risks, issues and competing priorities.
