Executive Assistant - Strategy & Business - Real Estate

Executive Assistant to CEO/MD Real Estate We are looking for a high-calibre EA / Chief of Stafftype professional to work closely with the CEO/MD of a leading real estate company. The role will drive strategic initiatives, business analysis, cross-functional coordination and execution of key priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Support CEO/MD in strategy, business planning and key strategic initiatives. - Analyse project and business performance across geographies and verticals. - Evaluate real estate projects, land acquisitions, JVs/JDAs and redevelopment opportunities. - Conduct project feasibility analysis covering costs, pricing, sales velocity, margins, IRR and cash flows. - Analyse sales, marketing, pricing, inventory, channel performance and market trends. - Prepare business cases, MIS, management presentations and strategic recommendations. - Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Projects, Legal, CRM, Procurement and Business Development teams. - Track key decisions, action plans, milestones and ensure timely execution. - Handle special projects and strategic assignments from the CEO/MD. Candidate Profile: - 38 years of experience with strong exposure to the real estate sector. - MBA / CA preferred. - Experience across strategy, finance, sales, project feasibility, business development or investment analysis. - Strong understanding of real estate economics and project lifecycle. - Excellent financial, analytical, Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management abilities. - High ownership, commercial acumen and strong execution orientation.
