About the Company : Our client is an early-stage company helping large manufacturing organizations build digital capability on the factory floor. It partners with engineering teams to solve real operational challenges using data, analytics, AI, and digital tools, enabling factories to drive digital transformation from within. As a founding team member, you'll work closely with leadership, shape the delivery model, and play a key role in scaling the business. The Role : You'll lead digital capability programs at manufacturing client sites, working directly with plant teams to understand operational challenges, coach engineers through structured problem-solving, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a high-ownership, customer-facing role requiring extensive travel across manufacturing locations in India. Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end delivery of digital capability programs at client factories. - Understand operational challenges and define measurable success metrics. - Build current-state baselines through data collection and analysis. - Work with engineers to develop analytics, dashboards, and digital solutions. - Manage stakeholder engagement and program rollout across teams. - Partner with client HR teams to drive adoption and sustain program outcomes. - Track business KPIs and continuously improve delivery practices. What We're Looking For : - 4 - 6 years of hands-on manufacturing operations experience with significant plant-floor exposure. - Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation. - Experience in Automotive, FMCG, Electronics, Pharma, Chemicals, White Goods, or similar manufacturing industries. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Comfortable working independently at client sites and travelling extensively across India. - Structured problem-solving approach with a consulting mindset. Preferred : - MBA in Operations. - Exposure to Industry 4.0, analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives. - Experience with energy systems such as boilers, chillers, compressors, or utilities.
