Senior Analyst/Assistant Vice President - Business Analytics

Job Title : Senior Analyst or AVP for Business Analytics We're looking for Business Analytics professionals who enjoy solving complex business problems using data and working directly with clients to create measurable business impact. This is a high-ownership role where you'll partner with enterprise clients, translate business challenges into analytical insights, and work closely with internal teams to drive execution. What you'll do : - Work closely with enterprise clients to understand their business problems and analytics requirements. - Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and act as a strategic thought partner. - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. - Develop dashboards, business reports, and performance metrics that drive decision-making. - Structure business problems into analytical frameworks and recommend data-backed solutions. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact business outcomes. - Present insights and recommendations to senior client stakeholders. - Track business KPIs and continuously improve performance through analytics. What we're looking for : - 4 - 8 years of experience in Business Analytics, Decision Sciences, or Analytics Consulting. - Strong quantitative and analytical skills. - Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking. - Proven ability to manage client relationships and communicate with senior stakeholders. - Ability to independently own projects from problem definition through execution. - High ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
