The PB organization operates through multiple business models including Amazon brands, third-party partnerships through our Accelerator program, and licensing arrangements.

We leverage a data-driven approach to identify customer needs and whitespaces, while maintaining high standards for quality, sustainability and social responsibility across our portfolio.

As we continue to scale and innovate, we're looking for passionate product leaders who can help shape the future of Private Brands at Amazon.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment and possess excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and leadership skills.

Key job responsibilities• Drive end-to-end product strategy and development, from identifying market opportunities through launch, while ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketplace compliance• Lead selection and catalog initiatives across categories, leveraging data analytics to identify growth opportunities, improve discovery, and optimize operations• Own technical solutions for inventory management, forecasting, and supply chain optimization; drive improvements in key operational metrics including speed, availability, and quality• Partner with business, tech, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and drive growth initiatives across the Amazon ecosystem• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, setting and tracking key performance metrics while balancing short-term business needs with long-term strategic objectives• Champion customer-centric innovation in product development and operations; identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using ML/AI solutions while maintaining strong stakeholder alignment
