By giving customers more of what they want - Have an available online portfolio - 5+ years of design experience - Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications - Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS - Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign - Knowledge of general AI tools - Have an online portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and advertising experience across a range of media and platforms, along with work that reflects your design process - Experience overseeing all creative aspects of development production and post production - Experience guiding creative input, development and execution from concept to completion - Experience in stakeholder management and communication management
