GyanSys - Functional Lead/Architect - SAP SCM/EWM/WM/MM

Work Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Coimbatore. Job Title: SAP SCM (EWM/ WM/ MM) Functional Lead/Architect. Mode: Full Time. Notice Period: Upto 30 days. Experience: 10+ Yrs Relevant Experience in SAP. - 10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP EWM, MM, LE, and SD, including end-to-end implementations, global rollouts, support, and SAP S/4HANA transformation projects. - Lead solution architecture, business process workshops, fit-gap analysis, and design scalable Supply Chain Management solutions aligned with business and industry best practices. - Hands-on experience in Warehouse Management (EWM), Procurement (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Order-to-Cash (SD), including integration with PP, QM, TM, and FI/CO modules. - Design and oversee end-to-end supply chain processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (OTC), Inbound/Outbound Logistics, Inventory Management, Transportation, and Warehouse Operations. - Provide technical leadership in solution design, RICEFW reviews, system integrations, data migration, testing strategy, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare support using SAP Activate/Agile methodologies. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation, process optimization, and SAP S/4HANA adoption. - Mentor functional consultants, govern solution quality, manage risks, and ensure successful project delivery while maintaining compliance with SAP best practices and Clean Core principles. - Excellent client-facing, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with experience in presales, solution estimation, proposal support, and managing global SAP SCM engagements.
