Job Description

: We are looking for a Product Manager with 4-8 years of experience, preferably from a top-tier institute such as IITs or IIMs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in building and scaling products, particularly in startup environments, and a proven track record of driving impactful product initiatives from concept to launch. Key Responsibilities: - Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, goals, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives. - Work closely with engineering teams and demonstrate sufficient technical depth to understand product architecture, APIs, integrations, and technical trade-offs. - Partner with UI/UX designers to create intuitive and user-centric product experiences. - Translate customer and business requirements into product specifications, user stories, workflows, and detailed product documentation. - Drive end-to-end product execution, from discovery and prioritization through development, launch, and post-launch optimization. - Design and analyze A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and improve user experience and business outcomes. - Develop wireframes and collaborate with design teams to refine product flows and experiences. - Define product rollout, adoption, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Analyze qualitative and quantitative customer data to identify usage patterns, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement. - Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality product experiences. - Monitor product performance and continuously identify opportunities to improve engagement, adoption, and customer satisfaction. - Lead and influence cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of product initiatives. Required Skills & Experience: - 4-8 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years of hands-on product management experience. - Experience building, launching, and scaling products or leading significant product initiatives in a startup or high-growth environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions. - Deep understanding of customer needs, user behavior, and product discovery methodologies. - Proven experience launching and managing successful products or features across platforms such as web, mobile, iOS, or Android. - Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, prioritization, experimentation, and product analytics. - Ability to work effectively with engineering teams and understand technical concepts and trade-offs. - Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, wireframing, and user-centric product design. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong ownership, problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management abilities. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Education: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline from a reputed institute. - Candidates from IITs, IIMs, and other top-tier institutes are preferred.
