Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Own product initiatives end-to-end, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous enhancement.
- Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements through stakeholder discussions, customer interactions, user feedback, and market research.
- Translate business and customer needs into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, feature specifications, and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, market opportunity, and strategic objectives.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, product gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Track product adoption, engagement, and performance metrics and use analytics and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming/refinement, UAT, sprint reviews, release planning, and product launches.
- Work closely with Go-to-Market teams to develop launch plans, enable sales and customer-facing teams, and support successful feature adoption.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap priorities, and long-term product vision.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, integrations, and intelligent product capabilities to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or a related product-focused role.
- Mandatory experience in CRM, Enterprise SaaS, SalesTech, Customer Engagement, Marketing Technology, or closely related technology businesses.
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms, customer lifecycle management, sales and marketing workflows, workflow automation, and enterprise software products.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum product development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management and collaboration tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Candidates with experience from leading CRM, SaaS, SalesTech, Customer Engagement, and enterprise technology organizations will be highly preferred, including: Salesforce, Freshworks, Zoho, HubSpot, LinkedIn, 6sense, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle CX, SAP CX, LeadSquared, CleverTap, MoEngage, Chargebee, BrowserStack, Whatfix, Gong, Clari, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience building and managing B2B SaaS or enterprise software products.
- Exposure to AI-powered products, Generative AI, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of APIs, third-party integrations, system integrations, and SaaS product architecture.
- Experience with product analytics and data-driven product decision-making using tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand user pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and product strategy while making prioritization decisions.
- Strong understanding of product discovery, roadmap planning, feature prioritization, experimentation, and product lifecycle management.
