Senior Associate/Vice President - Venture Capital/Growth Capital (10-18 yrs)
Experience : 10+ Years
Qualification : Finance / MBA / CFA / CA
We are looking for experienced Equity Research professionals to support investment research and decision-making across private companies and investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate investment opportunities in private companies across different stages of funding.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of target investments.
- Analyze unit economics, customer cohorts and Total Addressable Market (TAM).
- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis.
- Conduct data room due diligence on potential investments.
- Prepare investment write-ups and presentations.
- Monitor existing portfolio investments and develop investment views.
- Engage with company management and industry experts.
Must-Have :
- 8+ years of Equity Research experience across Buy-Side or Sell-Side roles.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities.
- Finance degree or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred :
- Experience covering Software, Technology, FinTech, Consumer Tech or Manufacturing Tech.
- Prior Private Equity or Venture Capital experience.
