Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Annual Operating Plan and forecasting processes in collaboration with business units, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, strategy, and business teams to ensure financial goals are integrated into operational plans.
- Develop high-impact PowerPoint presentations for stakeholders including Co-Investors, Bankers, and Senior Management to support strategic decision-making.
- Design and maintain advanced financial models in MS Excel to support business planning, scenario analysis, and investment decisions.
- Prepare and present strategic decks for stakeholders including Co-Investors, Bankers, and Senior Management to support decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance across business units, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Own the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives such as capital allocation, cost optimization through robust analysis, SG&A analysis.
- Drive enhancements in financial planning tools, processes, and reporting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Required Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification (CPA, MBA Finance).
- 4-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, and data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle).
- Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS accounting principles.
- Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with automation tools or scripting (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus.
- Exposure to investment analysis, valuation techniques, and strategic finance projects.
