Job Description
Join a highly regarded design-led architecture and urban design practice that is making a strong impact across large-scale residential, hospitality, education, sporting infrastructure and urban renewal projects. With an impressive portfolio, repeat client base and exciting pipeline of work, this is a rare opportunity for an experienced Associate or Senior Project Architect to play a key role in the growth of a collaborative and ambitious studio. They are seeking a well-rounded architectural professional who can confidently lead projects, contribute strategically to the business and become a long-term leader within the practice.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the delivery of complex project work from concept through to completion, across a variety of typologies
• Manage project teams, consultants and client relationships throughout all project phases
• Drive design outcomes while ensuring program, quality and commercial objectives are achieved
• Oversee project documentation and coordination using Revit and associated design tools
• Contribute to studio growth through leadership, mentoring and strategic input
• Be hands-on with both leadership and production output
Skills & Experience
• Approx. 10-15+ years’ experience working as a registered or experienced Architect
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale developments end to end
• Strong design, technical and project delivery capabilities across all project phases
• Proficiency in Revit, with experience using visualisation tools such as Enscape advantageous
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills
• Autonomous, commercially aware and committed to contributing to a growing practice
• Strong stakeholder management and consultant coordination capabilities
