Job Description
We’re rethinking homes for how people really live, and we’re looking for a Product Manager (Growth) to join our team to help shape the future of living - one thoughtful detail at a time.
From the first ad impression through to the repeat purchase, you will play a critical role in how we acquire customers and keep them. This role owns many of the products behind both ends of that journey: our acquisition and retention stacks. In an e-commerce-heavy, AI-era environment, that means translating business goals into clear requirements, shipping fast, and quantifying impact – while keeping our platforms fast, reliable, and scalable.
This is a player-coach role: you'll own and deliver products hands-on, and mentor junior colleagues while upholding our release standards.
What you'll be doing:
• Own the acquisition product surface – driving measurable, revenue-linked growth.
• Own the retention product surface – to grow repeat purchase and customer lifetime value.
• Deliver on two tracks: the traditional PM-to-engineering flow for complex platforms, and building lightweight, AI-powered tools directly with business teams that ship in days, not months. Hands-on AI experimentation is expected, not optional.
• Coach and support other team members and business users – developing skills, ensuring alignment with company goals and release standards.
• Gather, document, and prioritise requirements from stakeholders and customer insights; keep documentation concise, organised, and decision-ready.
• Attach a revenue or efficiency estimate to every initiative at scoping, so prioritisation is data-driven and impact is legible.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to deliver high-impact features on time.
• Set product visions, define success metrics, run experiments, and turn results into compounded growth – not one-off wins.
• Enhance omni-channel journeys that connect online and retail/showroom experiences.
• Communicate with bias for action: lead with the headline, the blocker, and the practical next step; keep stakeholders aligned with regular, proactive updates.
What you need to succeed:
• Proven product management experience in eCommerce or retail, with a track record of shipping impactful, measurable products – not just specs.
• Hands-on experience across acquisition (performance marketing, SEO/GEO, social media, MarTech tools) and/or retention (CDP, CRM, loyalty systems). Familarity in both is a strong advantage.
• Comfort owning third-party SaaS systems in depth – customising, automating, documenting, and testing.
• AI-native: you already use AI tooling to move faster and are eager to build with it.
• Skilled across the full product lifecycle with customer-centric, data-driven, and design-thinking approaches.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; able to influence and coach across all levels.
• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Passion for retail and exceptional product experiences, with an ownership mindset and a genuine bias for action.
