Senior Executive-Graphic Designing

Position: Graphic Designer (AI) Department: E-commerce Location: Gurugram (Head Office) About the Role BIBA Fashion Ltd. is looking for a creative and technology-driven Graphic Designer (AI) to join its E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling digital creatives that enhance the online shopping experience and drive customer engagement across the website, app and digital marketing channels. The role requires expertise in AI-powered design tools along with strong graphic design skills to deliver high-quality creatives efficiently. Key Responsibilities • Design engaging creatives for the BIBA website, mobile app, and e-commerce campaigns. • Create banners, landing pages, homepage creatives, category pages, promotional assets, and campaign visuals. • Develop digital assets for performance marketing, including Google Display Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing campaigns. • Design CRM creatives for emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, SMS banners, and push notifications. • Utilize AI-powered design tools to generate concepts, enhance images, create backgrounds, and streamline creative workflows. • Create product-focused creatives for new launches, festive campaigns, seasonal sales, and promotional events. • Retouch product and fashion images while ensuring consistency with BIBA's brand guidelines. • Create simple motion graphics, GIFs, and short promotional videos for social media and digital campaigns. • Collaborate with the E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Content, Merchandising, and Brand teams to deliver impactful creatives. • Maintain brand consistency across all online platforms. • Stay updated with the latest AI design tools, e-commerce design trends, and digital marketing best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field. • 36 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce. • Strong proficiency in: • Adobe Photoshop • Adobe Illustrator • Adobe InDesign • Figma • Adobe After Effects (preferred) • Adobe Premiere Pro (preferred) • Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools such as: • Adobe Firefly • Midjourney • DALL•E • Canva AI • ChatGPT (for creative ideation and content assistance) • Runway ML or equivalent AI video editing tools (preferred) • Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, branding, and UI-focused design. • Experience in image retouching and optimizing creatives for digital platforms. Preferred Experience • Experience working with fashion, apparel, retail, or D2C brands. • Knowledge of e-commerce design best practices and customer experience. • Experience designing creatives for websites, mobile apps and digital advertising. • Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows and automation tools.
