Data & AI Delivery manager

Roles & Responsibilities : This role leads the engineering teams that build and deliver the Service Line's client engagements across data foundations and AI/GenAI solutions. A hands-on delivery leader accountable for people, commercials, client engagements, quality, cost, and delivery metrics. Key responsibilities Engineering delivery leadership Lead the engineering teams — data engineering and AI/GenAI solution development. Own end-to-end delivery across the engagement lifecycle: Planning, execution, deployment, and transition to Managed Ops. Direct delivery through project managers and technical leads; set delivery methods, cadences, and governance. Ensure architectural and engineering decisions align with CoE standards and reference architectures Business & commercials Track and own revenue realization, EBIT, and deployment efficiency Manage profitable delivery: Resource pyramid and productivity measures Support pursuits with delivery estimates, staffing plans, and solution feasibility Support account mining through delivery excellence and identification of follow-on work. Client engagement management Own the delivery relationship with clients — governance, status, expectation management, and escalation resolution. Manage customer satisfaction – Feedback, Timely communication, Excellence Identify and track delivery risks, mitigation Quality, cost & delivery metrics Own engineering and delivery quality and adherence to delivery quality standards.
