Responsibilities

The Finance Manager will report to the Director of Finance. This individual will assist in the preparation of the Company’s annual budget process and will take part in the development and production of all monthly operational reporting.

This position will be a key liaison with the region, corporate departments, the accounting staff and senior management.

Assist in the preparation and coordination of the Company’s annual budget process Help lead the continued improvement and automation of the budget process Develop and produce all monthly financial reports Assist in the monthly close process – reviewing P&Ls, reclasses, accruals and variance analysis Assist AVP of operations in building proformas and compensation models Build key supporting reports for the regions and corporate departments Assist in the production and development of senior management reporting package Work closely with accounting to identify and solve issues during the monthly close process Assist in the development of quarterly forecasts and staffing model updates Liaison with many areas of the Company to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues Qualifications Experience/Education: 5+ years experience of financial analysis and budgeting – accounting related experience is a plus Healthcare experience is preferred Bachelor’s Degree in
