Salesforce Architect - Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

Role & responsibilities : - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements. - Own end-to-end technical architecture and solution design across Salesforce implementations. - Define application, data, integration, security, and deployment architecture. - Architect solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products. - Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, Platform Events, and other integration patterns. - Provide technical guidance on Apex, LWC, Flows, data modeling, security, sharing, and Salesforce development best practices. - Review solution designs and code to ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and compliance with Salesforce governor limits. - Lead technical discussions with clients, business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams. - Evaluate business requirements and recommend appropriate declarative vs. programmatic solutions. - Define development standards, design patterns, CI/CD practices, and release strategies. - Mentor Salesforce developers and technical leads and provide architectural guidance throughout the development lifecycle. - Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance issues and recommend appropriate solutions. - Create and maintain technical architecture, solution design, integration, and deployment documentation. Preferred candidate profile : - 10+ years of overall Salesforce experience with strong hands-on experience in solution and technical architecture. - Proven expertise in designing scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. - Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, data modeling, security and Salesforce design patterns. - Should have experience leading technical teams, interacting with clients/stakeholders, conducting design reviews and providing architectural guidance. - Salesforce Architect-level certifications are preferred.
