Full stack Developer

Job Title: Full Stack Developer Experience: 2–5 Years Location: Pune (WFO) Employment Type: Full-time About HeapTrace Technology HeapTrace Technology is looking for passionate Full Stack Engineers to join our growing delivery team in Pune. We are looking for developers who enjoy building end-to-end applications, collaborating directly with clients, and taking ownership of the complete software development lifecycle.If you're enthusiastic about modern technologies, cloud platforms, and AI-assisted development, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. • Build features across frontend, backend, database, and cloud environments. • Participate in requirement gathering and client discussions. • Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code. • Perform code reviews and follow development best practices. • Write unit/integration tests and ensure application quality. • Deploy applications and support CI/CD pipelines. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. • Work with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in at least one Frontend technology: React.js, Next.js, or Angular. • Proficiency in at least one Backend technology: Java, Node.js, or Python (Django). • Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 . • Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs . • Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.). • Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices. • Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. • Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. • Good understanding of software design principles, debugging, and performance optimization . • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to interact directly with clients and understand business requirements. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code for development and testing is preferred. Required Qualifications • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development. • Strong knowledge of one Frontend framework and one Backend technology. • Experience with relational or NoSQL databases. • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). • Good understanding of software development best practices. • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients. • Experience owning features from development to deployment.
