Engagement Manager - Executive Search - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

As an Engagement Manager at Positive Moves, you will independently manage a diverse portfolio of high-level executive search mandates across sectors, geographies, and functions. You will be responsible for handling client accounts, identifying new business avenues, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead a team, oversee C-suite mandates, conduct research, develop target lists, and assess candidates. Qualifications & Skills: - A master and a Bachelor's degree from tier 1 institute is a must. - Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize and present information effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and logically. - Proficiency in using research tools, databases, and platforms to gather market intelligence and candidate data. - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining candidate records and ensuring compliance. - Strong results orientation and the ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously. - A collaborative team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. - Ability to build strong professional relationships, gain industry intelligence, and proactively develop business leads. - Proven leadership skills in team management, capability building, and fostering a high-performance culture. - Business development acumen to contribute to the firms expansion and growth initiatives. Experience: - 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in executive search or related fields. - Industry-specific expertise in one or more sectors is preferred.
