Job Description
A large Electronics manufacturing company is seeking a Junior Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join its Digital Marketing IT team.
This role is responsible for supporting the quality, reliability, and performance of digital marketing platforms and websites by executing test plans, validating business requirements, and identifying defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT), document test cases and results, track defects through resolution, and ensure releases meet business and technical requirements.
Responsibilities
also include supporting test data management, maintaining QA documentation, assisting with release validation and go-live activities, monitoring application performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will work with global teams across North America, EMEA, and APAC to help deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions and an exceptional user experience.

Skills and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field - 3-5 years of experience working as a QA Analyst - 1-2 years of experience in business analysis, content management systems like SiteCore AI, or enterprise applications - Experience working in a digital marketing organization - Experience testing web applications - Working experience with AI or an automation tool
