Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, manage, coordinate, and update 3D models of construction projects using BIM software.
• Integrate time-based scheduling data into the BIM model to develop 4D simulations.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings and resolve any arising issues.
• Develop 4D and 5D simulations using Navisworks and Synchro Pro will enhance the candidate chance.
Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) as a BIM coordinator.
• Expertise in using Navisworks and Synchro Pro for 4D (time-based scheduling) and 5D (cost estimation) simulations will enhance the candidate chance
• Extensive hands-on experience with BIM software such as Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, Synchro Pro, and Revizto.
• Familiarity with international standards like ISO, as well as GCC BIM standards.
• Previous experience as a BIM Coordinator on large-scale infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, Dynamo, Synchro Pro, Revizto).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
BGV:
• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
