Description Senior Quantexa Developer Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantexa Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end Quantexa solutions, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Quantexa Development & Delivery Design, develop, and implement Quantexa solutions across the full software development lifecycle Lead end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalability, performance, and data integrity Provide technical leadership to development teams and enforce best practices Requirements Analysis & CDE Definition Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications within the Quantexa framework Define and document Critical Data Elements (CDEs) to support data governance and quality standards Entity Resolution & Scoring Optimization Develop, test, and optimize entity resolution models and scoring methodologies Validate and fine-tune models to enhance detection accuracy and system efficiency Simulation & Threshold Calibration Execute simulations of scoring models in validation and testing environments Calibrate thresholds to improve detection outcomes and reduce false positives and negatives Stakeholder Management Collaborate with development, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment Present findings, recommend improvements, and obtain stakeholder approvals Act as a key liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders Team Leadership Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery Drive design decisions, establish standards, and oversee execution Required Qualifications 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Quantexa development 2–3 years of experience leading teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery Strong expertise in: Entity Resolution and scoring models Data modeling and advanced d
