Job Description
Nimble Gravity is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a client engagement built around breadth, versatility, and momentum. This role calls for someone who moves comfortably across the stack, picks up new tools fast, and gets things built without waiting to be told how.
You will work directly with client stakeholders and our delivery team to design, build, and ship features across a React frontend and server side backend, bringing the kind of full spectrum experience that lets you jump into unfamiliar territory and still deliver.
AI backed development is core to how this team works, and you should already have real hands on experience building with tools like Cursor or Claude Code.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain features across the full stack, from server side backend logic to React front end interfaces. Take ownership of problems end to end: scope the work, make sound technical calls, and get it shipped with minimal hand holding.
Partner directly with client stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working software. Move fluidly between frontend, backend, and data concerns as the engagement demands, without needing a specialist for every layer.
Use AI coding tools as a core part of your daily workflow, not just for autocomplete: prototyping, refactoring, testing, and shipping. Communicate progress, tradeoffs, and blockers clearly to both technical and non technical audiences. Bring pragmatic judgment to legacy code, new builds, and everything in between.
What You'll Bring Significant experience as a full stack developer, with real, hands on server side coding experience (language agnostic). Strong experience building with React on the frontend.
Extensive, demonstrated experience using AI development tools such as Cursor or Claude Code as part of your actual build process, with a clear point of view on where they help and where they fall short. A self starter mindset: you look for the next problem instead of waiting for a ticket. Stro
