Graphic Designer

• Online Communication: Designing and conceptualizing Website, Website Banners, Landing Pages and Campaign collateral for social media promotions. • External communication: Design all external print and web communication including Brochures, Case Studies, Documents, Presentations for pitches etc. • Internal Communication: Design Emailers, Motion Graphic Videos, HR Communication Posters Social Media Posts. • Brand Identity: Logo design, Letterheads, Envelopes, Business Cards, I-cards, Stickers, Packaging collaterals • Event Communication: Designing and Conceptualizing Event Invites, Event Stage Backdrops Props etc. • Independently visualize, conceptualize, and develop ideas, concepts, design and apply the appropriate media and style to meet the requirements of the stakeholders. • Ability to understand briefs and translate concepts into creative and innovative visuals. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the latest graphic design best-practice techniques such as graphic fundamentals, typography, and a good understanding of colours. • Rich experience in handling software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign CorelDRAW and In Page. • Experience designing within HTML/CSS. What you bring to the team • At least 3 years of extensive experience in managing creative assets for digital marketing campaigns. with • Expert level skills in most programs within the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. • Experience in HTML / CSS design for web-based emails and newsletters • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented, analytical, and tech-savvy • Ability to be resourceful and determined to find a solution • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction and experience • Reliable, self-motivated, and excited by fast-paced work • You're a problem solver and you have the passion to investigate • Positive and team-oriented • You're committed to growing and thriving in this support role Must Have • Exposure in Corporate Graphics • Adobe creative cloud • HTML / CSS design experience • Marketing/Media Agency Environment is a must have • Friendly and Positive personality Culture fit is critical • Ability to work with shifting priorities and dynamic request.
