Job Description
About the Role
Singapore is the global hub for LY Group's international operations. This is a newly structured Talent Acquisition Team Lead role owning senior and specialist hiring across the group's entities. You will lead a small TA team while remaining hands-on across executive and hard-to-fill searches, partnering directly with business heads across multiple functions and geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters, setting priorities, standards and delivery cadence across a multi-country requisition load.
• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior, executive and specialist roles across functions - HR, Finance, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Procurement and Engineering.
• Manage hiring across international markets (e.g. US, Europe, India, SEA), adapting sourcing strategy to each market's talent landscape.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and hiring managers to scope roles, advise on market realities and drive decisions.
• Build and mature the TA function - process, sourcing channels, pipeline management, employer branding and candidate experience.
• Own and report TA metrics: time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health and cost-per-hire.
• Oversee agency/vendor relationships where used, and drive direct-sourcing capability to reduce reliance on them. Requirements
• Proven TA experience across both commercial and technical/engineering hiring, ideally at regional or international scope.
• Prior team lead or people-management experience.
• Strong track record on senior and hard-to-fill roles, with confident direct-sourcing capability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, market mapping).
• Ability to operate across time zones and multiple markets simultaneously.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing/electronics environment. Preferred
• Background in EMS, electronics, semiconductor or precision manufacturing - or transferable experience from another high-volume, technically complex sector.
• Exposure to executive search or agency delivery alongside in-house work.
